We provide a variety of shipping options owing to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Before shipping, all goods are thoroughly inspected and safely secured. We ship to thousands of customers every day from all over the world. Our commitment to become the largest online retailer in the world is shown by this. Warehouses and distribution centers can be found in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
We will thoroughly inspect all products before they are shipped. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. The stock can change at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order may be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
